SatPaq/Battery Disposal
- If the SatPaq battery is no longer taking or holding a charge it is likely at its end of its life. As with other disposable electronic devices, the SatPaq battery is not replaceable, so do not try to remove or replace the battery. Do not dispose of your SatPaq containing the battery in the trash or in a fire.
- Lithium ion batteries must be properly and safely disposed of. They can be recycled in permitted facilities. Generally, home improvement and office supply stores accept these products for recycling, or contact your local solid waste district or city offices. Take the entire SatPaq to the disposal facility as-is.
