Why do I have to point the SatPaq into the sky?

When using the SatPaq it is necessary to point the SatPaq into the sky.  This is because the SatPaq communicates with geostationary satellites 23,000 miles into space. You point the SatPaq south, toward the equator, in the general direction of either satellite for the best signal.
